“The UF Health Shands Administrative Fellowship provides a comprehensive view into the exciting world of healthcare leadership. This program exposes fellows to a wide array of opportunities, taking you out of your comfort zone and pushing you to grow. Over the course of the year, you play a meaningful role in projects that span across various parts of the hospital, and are exposed to all members of the executive team – all of whom take the time to get to know you both personally and professionally. Furthermore, Ed Jimenez shows a true passion for teaching his fellows and helping them find their niche within healthcare. I would strongly encourage any future healthcare administrator to spend a year at Shands and learn what it’s like to be a part of this great organization!”
