“Upon the completion of my administrative fellowship, I can speak to what an exceptional environment UF Health Shands Hospital is as an academic medical center— an institution of learning and growth where students, interns, fellows and new graduates can transition into the workforce under the mentorship of seasoned leaders. The administrative fellowship provided a well-rounded introduction to a career in hospital operations. The projects I worked on and experiences I had learning from my preceptors and other leaders throughout the hospital gave me nuggets of wisdom and best practice that I will take with me throughout my entire career. I would recommend this fellowship to anyone who is looking for a safe place to learn and wants to be part of one of the best hospital administration teams and cultures in the country! I will always be proud to have been a part of the UF Health family.”
